Draft: Repairable

Sample of debug_info with repairable. Can easily be implemented for partitions with slight changes to pass.rs and implmenting repairable trait for plans.

New implementation of gvn with FunctionEditor interface, automatically generates FunctionChanges. Still slightly bugged as changes sets are not always completely merged (nondeterministic). (xavier is working on it)
