New lattice

New version of quenched disorder lattice as described in the paper. Metal position gets optimized for empty, M, and AM sites by minimizing a forcefield (Morse potentials plus WCA type potential, which gives the site dependent adsorption enthalpy. Results exported as a json file and a json parser was added.
